Steve is originally from the East Coast. After graduating from Assumption College in Massachusetts and completing Navy ROTC training, he was commissioned as an Ensign in the U.S. Navy and transferred to San Diego. Following six years of active duty, he joined American Express Financial Advisors in 1991, where he first started working with Sandeep Varma. Shortly thereafter, Steve joined Sandeep at ATS as a Wealth Strategist. Steve brings over three decades of experience working with clients in the areas of investment, retirement, and estate planning. He takes great pride in providing personalized service and unbiased advice to ATS clients and their families. In recent years he has focused on helping clients with their decisions regarding Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans. He holds Series 6, 65, and 7 as well as the California insurance license. After 30 years of active and reserve service, Steve retired as a Captain from the Navy Reserve in June 2015
